MDSAP (Medical Device Single Audit Program) allows for the conduct of a single regulatory study of a medical device manufacturer’s quality management systems, that satisfies the requirements of multiple regulatory jurisdictions around the world. Specifically, it is a way that a medical device manufacturer can be audited once for compliance with the standard and regulatory requirements of: Australia, Brazil, Canada, Japan and the US. It is a jointly leveraged regulatory resource to manage an efficient, effective, and sustainable single audit program focused on the oversight of medical device manufacturers which only the best manufacturers in the world have bragging rights to.
